5. Online Payments
Fee payments made through the platform are subject to payment gateway processing rules and applicable charges.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, and materials available on the platform belong to the college or its authorized providers.

7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful content or malware
- Misuse college data
- Disrupt platform operations

8. Service Availability
The college will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability
The college shall not be liable for:
- Temporary downtime
- Data loss caused by external attacks
- Technical failures beyond reasonable control
