This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to fee payments and services provided through the School ERP / College Management System of Gurukul College.
1. Fee Payments
All college fee payments made through the platform are subject to verification and approval by the college administration.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Once a fee payment is successfully processed, cancellation requests may be reviewed according to college rules.
- Admission fees, registration fees, and examination fees may be non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the college.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Excess payment
- Technical transaction failure
- Approved withdrawal according to college policies
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment gateway and banking process.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway or bank transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
6. Failed Transactions
If an amount is deducted but payment status is unsuccessful, users should contact the college administration with transaction details.
